Hey I need a help to verify my paypal acc..I haven't cc is there any way to do that?

Noone is allowed to do that legally.

Add your bank account. paypal will withdraw a small amount and send you an activation code in your bank statement.

So no need for a credit card!

If someone uses their credit card in your account, once active . SAY IF someone backcharges you, you have no credit . it will come of that persons cc. Not to mention they wont be able to use their own cc in their own account.
