Great name. The market for Organic products is really gaining tons of steam and it caters to a demographic that tends to spend more money. I could see a website being built as an Index for organic restaurants or even a recipes website or for a PR firm trying to promote organic products (think "Got Milk")...

That being said - very little in advertising right now for the word Organic. Not much competition in this realm from an online perspective. (Most people dont purchase organic food online) Its usually fresh/local.

My gut says this is a mid range $x,xxx name. I would love to get $5k-7k for it or more - but that might take some time. This is a domain name that I would likely love to develop something on.

Agree with all this. For selling, I'd google terms like 'organic restaurant/s', even 'vegetarian restaurant/s', 'healthy restaurant/s', 'alternative restaurant/s', that kind of thing. Then I'd use the same keywords with 'catering', then with 'grocery store/s', etc etc. Build up a large list of end users in every food-related field and email them. Also email the organic food bloggers, organic recipe book writers, organic food growers and suppliers, etc.

I'd be equally excited to develop a name like this. Harder to monetize with ppc and affiliates since they won't make you a lot of money... but if I was interested in development and consistent upkeep of posts, it might become worthwhile to sell monthly/annual ad space to organic food services.
