At the moment EatDVD.co.uk is parked with Sedo and earning me a little revenue from hits, its only been parked for 2 days and so far ive had just over 250 hits.

Ive set up the files for the website here so you can see:

http://www.oscwork.com/eatdvd/catalog/

It doesnt recieve that many hits, but with the correct advertising it could be a good business opportunity. This site "has" been up and running in the past, i spent many hours setting up the website and installing osCommerce mods etc. There's a lot of work gone into the actual website part, especially filling the catalogue which seemed to take "forever". You are buying everything, including the custom graphic elements we developed for the site. I will be including the full mysql database, and every file for the site - and of course the domain name.

Also, i will include the dropshipper i used for DVD sales, please note that this is a UK only business! There's no fee to join the dropshipper.

Im looking for offers, but im looking for above $150

BIN is currently set at $250

The prices may show with ? but i can fix this before the sale goes through.

Thanks for looking, Daniel.

P.S. I can understand that a few people may be wary of buying from me, i could offer my eBay feedback (verified by an email to my ebay account) as proof that im a decent guy.

Please send me some more details - how much profit is made from the dropshipper, how much time you need to spend on the site, how long it takes to add new products, etc.

Thanks.

PM on its way

Ive had a few PM's asking questions so im going to post some answers for everybody here:

What sort of profit margin do you get from the DVD sales?

At the moment, the prices i have listed on the dvd site, range from ~£1 profit per DVD sale up to ~£5 profit. Most gain a profit of around ~£1-2. Quite a lot of the DVD's end up cheaper than play.com by a decent amount. eBay i was getting a profit margin of around £1-2 per dvd, depending on the dvd.

What sort of time do you need to spend on the site?

Time spent on the site doesnt have to be much, orders will come in via email (although i have smtp email setup at the moment as php mail didnt work on my last host, can change this before sale).

The site could be automated to forward orders onto the dropshippers, but i havent done this myself.

How easy is adding DVD's?

As for adding dvd's, its a simple affair, just put the description in etc, i just found it to be rather monotonous (sp?) - putting all the <p> tags in etc. Its just simply typing in a price etc.

Hope this helps people.

Bit of traffic information, had the domain parked for 4 days and so far, these are the results:

Seems to be making quite a healthy profit with PPC parking, which is nice lol.

Anyway, still taking offers but not in a huge rush to sell as it looks as though it's doing me quite well in parking.

Regards,
Daniel.
