I received an email from someone (I suspect he was no rookie) who asked if I was selling this name and what my price was. I responded that I was inclined not to sell it as I working on a plan for it (which is true), but if he wished who could make me an offer on it. He responded that if I didn't know what I wanted for it then he couldn't make an offer. Seemed a little counter-intuitive to me

Interested to hear anyone's estimate.
