Not much intrinsic value, maybe $xx. But, for development, it could work for a site that provides quotes on a wide range of services, such as insurance, mortgage, automotive, and even home improvement work.

Quotes.com makes millions of dollars. If you get affiliates and build a strong website, you're a rich man.
