Easy PHPBB customisation

hey guys, i have a free phpbb template, and just want my sites header and footer added to it, and a few colour and font size changes. probably a 10min job for someone who knows what he is doing. I have $10 if someone is keen to do it.

would prefer to do it over msn so i can tell exactly what it is. but should be real easy.
