domain EastCash.com I think is a really good name, multiple uses.

I checked the history of the site and it was a big porn site from around 99-2004. Does that hurt or help the value, or doesn't effect it. Plus it's a typo for easycash.com..

Any thoughts on value?

Sounds like a good name for a payroll advance / check cashing business on the east side (or avenue). "Cash" is always a good name; it's the "east" that limits you somewhat, as a location and not an action (like fast cash). Even so, I think there's a buyer out there who will pony up at least $700 for it...
