Just a heads up, it looks like Dynadot is experiencing an outage on their website. Their forums appear to be hosted elsewhere as they are still accessible at https://www.dynadot.com/community which also allows for access to their support team.

Hopefully the outage will be over soon.

The outage is already over, this thread is starting to get off-topic. For what it's worth, one communication mistake is forgivable compared to the nonsense some other registrars put us through.
