That is a surprising amount for pics.vc to sell for at auction on Dynadot, which I feel is typically bidding driven by domain investors.

I suppose I wouldn’t be surprised if it sold for that much to an end user, but it seems like a strange word for that. It isn’t a brand name but a generic word that doesn’t necessarily pair perfectly with the extension. Still, maybe the buyer has plans to develop it and knows what they are doing.

In any case, it is a positive sign for values in .vc domains.
