Dynadot deleting list

I did a quick search but couldnt found enough info.
Dynadot offer deleting lists http://www.dynadot.com/marketplace/pending-delete/
with details about the deleting domain like visitors etc...
However, for most of the domains the visitor stats don't look real. For example one domain with 100.000 visitors per month (according dynadot) had 0 google PR and NoData on Alexa.

Any idea or expirience?

I'm pretty sure that just like with GoDaddy Auctions, the traffic stats are pulled from the Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

It's not actual traffic to the domain but monthly searches for the domain keywords.

Indeed it can't be REAL traffic.
But according to Dynadot, it's also based on real traffic and info from VeriSign or ICANN, etc....

I checked for 14 days in september.
It's really ridiculous. Only a serrch of the highest ranked (in amount of visitors) - domains in Google, should ring a bell.
I even phoned to say that the amount of "estimated visitors" couldn't be right at all.
And in the meantime several domainers are registerring the domains with the "so-called" highest amount of visitors.
