Dynadot data analyzer tool and DomainScope report different data

I've noticed that Verisign's DomainScope traffic tool and Dynadot's data analyzer tool, which uses Verisign data have different data. Does anyone know if one of them use old/cached DNS data?

Thanks for the feedback Alan, we hope you are finding our tools helpful and we appreciate this and any other feedback. Due to the extremely large volume of NXD names that are requested each day, DomainScope.com is only able to store a portion of these. Often we see requests for more than 200 million unique NXD names each day which is far more than can be contained in our real-time, searchable, on-line application. So, we were forced to limit the total number of NXDs included each day by taking a random selection of NXDs that have a 7-Day Traffic Score greater than 6.0. Due to this, a particular NXD name may or may not be included each day.

Dynadot is accessing the NXD names through a different tool called Data Analyzer. This tool is available only to accredited registrars and has access to all of the NXD names but has a daily batch interface, so does not have the capability to search in real-time or filter the NXDs based on traffic or domain name characteristics.
