I have been a Dynadot customer for a long time. Usually I never had any serious issues and rarely even needed to contact support.
At the moment, the problem is that their security system appears to have changed, and my old security PIN no longer works. The answer to my secret question is also no longer being accepted, which eventually leads to my account being locked.
After that, they asked to verify my ID. However, even after verification, my request is denied and they do not reset the secret question. Instead, they ask me to enter it again, and the whole cycle repeats:
Wrong PIN → wrong secret answer → account lock → identity verification → and then everything starts over again.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
