Hello OP,

Can you provide proof of ability to sell this domain name? I currently show on the site itself it clearly states it is not for sale.

Thanks!

It's for sale. The landing page just needs to be updated.

You have ZERO feedback, you are attempting to sell a domain that has the subject stating "NOT FOR SALE" on it's landing page, if you are the relied upon source for the sale, you should have the ability to remove the disclaimer.

Isn't it default for most brokers to request that a domain owner wants to hire a broker he MUST publicly not have it for sale?

I think most brokers would tell domain owners who hire them to take the domain off "for sale"

Imagine being a broker? And you are actively putting the dxn.com domain out there like here on NP. If the landing page says FOR SALE how would the broker prevent buyers from going direct to thee owner ? Most actually would as most smart buyers will think that price is inflated to factor in the broker fee.

This is self explanatory isn't it?

At best the broker should show some contract that proves they are the broker for this domain..
Just saying.

There is a lot of unauthorized front running going around, past 2 weeks on namepros lots of new accounts bidding on liquid domains, some are defaulting on payments.

The Mods will deal with this, it's about buyer integrity, and protecting funds from fraud.

We are currently waiting on proof from the seller that they can broker this domain.

Thank you for understanding.
