I don't really see a use in this. Dusting, I could come up with only a few, quite bad, ideas for a site going on this domain. No real use on the internet. If you have a good idea for development then it may be different but as for what I can think of - Low XX - only that high because other people liked it.

I see DUSTING.COM in a private auction at Enom that closes Oct 31 2004 11:30AM.

But you started this appraisal thread and also a For Sale thread for this domain.

Last time I checked you can't sell a name you don't own. Am I missing something? :?

Dusting was caught by Enom this week and it went into a private auction. The bidding just closed and the winner has acquired dusting.com for a price of $520.

I don't know about the referenced registration company you tried to use. As a rule of thumb, you can always check your account to see if the domain shows up and is under your control. You can also do a whois if you're unsure.

For one-word dictionary dot com domains, the chances of you being able to manually register them as they drop are extremely slim.
