What do you guys think of this one? Dubai is becoming the jewel of the middle east, and is they are embarking on an incredible property development effore - including the soon to be tallest building in the world.

I have to think this one would do well...but I would appreciate all opinions.

Problem is, the name has 4 keywords and that is too much IMO.
But the name speaks for itself.
A variant like DubaiPropertySales.com would have been better because it's 3 words - better and shorter but still conveys the same message.
It's a hot niche right here... I would say low-$$$

Well, there werent too many Dubai/UAE related domain sales yet, but many of us are hoping for the best. The good sign is that my Dubai related domains and websites are getting more and more traffic.
Your domain is a bit too long, but has good keywords.
