I can only see value in it if you develope it, i dont think its possible to sell such a name, but i might be wrong. Anyways it would be a unique site that could attract quite a few people. You should really think about developing it!

There are so many Dubai domains recently registered that you have to develop this to give value.

I think domainers forget that the population of Dubai is only 862,387 and a large part of thatis made up of immigrant workers.

What appears to be a major major boom in Dubai is really a government and its banks being savvy with its declining oil reserve money.
