there are more sports in the world than the NBA, and more playoff finals.

The domain needs development to be of much interest, but someone out there might be keen on buying it and setting something up. If I owned it, I would be happy with low to mid $xxx.

Copyright and trademark issues could present a challenge for the developer to be able to make some money with it.

That’s a nice reg, very surprised it was not taken. Obviously you will know about the American play-offs, but here in England the end of season play-offs which decide promotions in various divisions are also huge in football (soccer). I suspect that this name will get a nice amount of traffic.

I would suggest developing it into a site with information regarding the various play-off finals around the World and also possibly integrating an affiliate system for these finals with ticket selling sites (ticketmaster.com?)
