I posted the domain on fixed price and will not do auctions for a while anymore, it seems I keep getting lowballed in auctions and then the winners back out. Please close thread. First of all... you did not start with a BIN price... BIN prices cannot be added/changed/removed once a bid is placed on an auction.

Second... private bids, and bids via PM are not considered valid bids... so your private bid is totally void.

Lastly... high bidder is ALWAYS in the auction thread... therefore, you must honor the sale - period.

This shouldn't be anything new since it's all part of the rules you agreed to before ever posting an auction. You are welcome to review those auction rules by visiting the link in my sig below...

Well the auction didn't make my reserve price. I will not sell it for under $15 at the very least. I thought you could have reserves, and if not, i'm sorry i guess i didnt read the rules. Close this thread as I'm not selling the domain. I will re-read the rules, i must have missed something.

The rules were changed in february, I used to post reserves before. I didnt know it changed. I didnt re-read the rules.

I closed the auction before the 48 hours were up on the last bid placed anyway so the auction is not fair for any potential other bidders. I will not sell for less than reg-fee, that's ridiculous. If I read the rules (which i should have) and knew we couldnt have reserves, i would have started the starting price at $10. Sorry for the confusion, I read the rules now and realize I was wrong. I won't post reserves or take pm bids or pm buy it now requests again.

What are you talking about... you became a member in August of 2007... the rules were updated in February 2007... 6 months before you even became a member. Besides... it doesn't matter... your records indicate that you checked and agreed to the auction rules...
