dSounds.com could easily sell for U.S.$XXX.XX
with content/membership could go as high as U.S.$X,XXX.XX

Interesting... I just got an offer for $600 but that was the initial offer. Should i double that, triple that or ask for an even higher amount for my first initial offer to start negotiation?

Here are a few stats too for the site:
Has been up for almost two years now (started feb 2004)
Traffic growth is about 15%/month and is currently 317 unique visits a day.

Search engine positioning for the site is:
google yahoo
drm hack 3 11
wma drm hack 5 4
hack drm 15 22
itunes copy 9
dangers of ipods 4 11
ipod static 8

Does any of this information help raise the price?
I greatly appreciate all the help so far.

The original buyers wouldn't offer more then $1,200 US so I declined their offer. My appraisal came back at $7,500 from Zetetic.

So with these stats:
455 recognized pages in the site

Incoming links: 1,324

Listed in the MusicMoz.org directory (sister site to DMOZ):
musicmoz.org/Resources/ News/Technology_and_Industry/Links/

Google Page Rank (PR) of 4/10

Five search terms that place dSounds on the top page for Google results

Even though I haven't touched the site in 9 months I still generate revenue daily.

My traffic has also continued to increase each month.

What are your opinions about the value? Should I have accepted the $1200?

Thanks,
Cyberfixation
