I don't understand the logic of the name
Pizzas with a wheat topping as opposed to the ones with cheese, tomato paste and olives??

As I understand it MOST pizza bases are made from wheaten flour. It is NOT the search criteria that people use to find pizza information online.

More likely niche market would be Wheat-free Pizzas for suffers of celiac disease.

Therefore I would say reg-fee for the name
Unless you can give me a reason for a different valuation.

I think you might have been thinking of whole-wheat pizzas. Unfortunately, as barefoottech said, without the "whole" at the beginning, it really doesn't make all that much sense. I've never heard whole-wheat pizzas called just "wheat pizzas". Reg fee.
