Driver's trouble check this out

hi guys
i know this is a break room where troubles hould be away
but i had my laptop formated and got xp on it and i am not able to find its drivers because i cant get the model because they are written in chinese language. i just neeed the wirless network card driver
anyways here are the details i were able to find

Please i just need at least the wirless network card driver to get connected
