domain DreamDesign.com - 10k+?

On the last round the other day I had a lot of people suggesting the value in the low xxxx range. I will say that a 5k offer was already countered. This domain has been available on Sedo for about a week (recieving already 3 bids), it generates about 500 uniques a month. It has great google PR, registered back in 96. All TLD's taken. Can be applied to Website Design, Home Decor, Architecture... you name it. Any new thoughts on the subject?

I would say mail potential end-customers. Google the words in order to spot companies or individuals that might be interested in buying this domain name. Make a list of e-mail addresses and send a professional looking short text with brief information about your domain name along with an offer link. Preferably send it from [email protected].

Well, Dream Design can be targetted to the broad Designing industry. Architecture, Web Designing, Decorations, Graphics... anything that has to do with the verb design really!

You have a very good domain name! If it has content and gets lots of traffic then you can justify to the potential buyer a price more than 10.000 euros - not dollars!
