Hello all!
I've recently redone this site: http://www.drdeb.com/
It's using tables for position and CSS for styles and drop-down menus. The JS works slightly better for IE than FF - I could only make one of them work 100% and opted for IE, since IE still owns the market.
I redid many of the graphics, like for the book cover, and had to come up with a better site-architecture. There was just so much content on there... Also, I am in the process of making it more search engine friendly. It had been using JS drop down menus before, so i created CSS menus based on lists.
Please give me your thoughts!

[edit] Here's a page I haven't yet put into the new design: http://www.abuse-recovery-and-marriage-counseling.com/articles/marriage/halfempty.html
