Downtown Domain names

Hi I would like to know if downtown domain names have any value.

eg from google(these are aleady registered and active) :

downtownaustin
downtownportland
downtownseattle
downtowncolumbus

what would be the price range for downtown domain names.

If a city has an active downtown area, they would have value. But to be honest, I think any decent downtowncity.com/citydowntown.com is probably already taken. And I think you would be best developing these kinds of domains. Price from RegFee to $x,xxx if undeveloped.

Thanks for the info. I too agree that most of the downtowncity domains names are already taken. How about the following ones

downtownsantafe.com
chicagobay.com
