I'd bet the "for dummies" franchise is TMed.. no idea off the top of my head tho.

reg fee - low xx undeveloped. A little long.

You can't assume because no one replied to an email that there wouldn't be a problem.. if you'd sent a registered letter or telephoned at least, maybe.

I'm still of the same opinion. This is a nice name, just think the "for dummies" part is a potential problem.

And May I know whose TM is "for dummies"
Are you talking about those computer books "C for dummies" etc?

Yes... it's a well known and popular commercial franchise.. I can't imagine that they haven't or wouldn't protect it from dilution.

he has "fordummies" and "fordummys".. for TM purposes, an argument can be made against either.

hmm...

I like the plural BETTER - downloadSfordummies

mid-high $xx undeveloped; not at all a bad name to develop

At least something of defense with attempts to contact by email

I still suggest sending a registered letter or making a direct phone call and recording the date, time, and person spoken to.. emails can be sent to a spam folder or miss their mark entirely... they are not a reliable defense.

And, yes, the plural is better...
