If you paid low 4 figures for each of them, I think you are the end user.
That only makes eventual resale more difficult. If you pay something like $25, it's a low risk. Here there is no guarantee you will find a buyer willing to pay more than you did.
I hope that the renewals are not in the same range.
As to the appraisal: it's always the same problem. Domain sales in new extensions are few and far between. In theory these names should have higher odds of selling than 'average' .zone domains. But the problem is the sales prices, and *maybe* the renewals.
I think it's a high-risk, but you might very well sell one or two domains. Still, I am not sure you would break even. Good luck.
