Well we all seem to mumble about .game .club etc not working for most. BUT you never know! maybe later on all isp's will want to make the newnet addon to their users!!!!

It may be worth keeping it. BUT remmember, its not the registrar's fault for you not studing this further! they provide the info. YOUR job for reading them. THEY may not be provided in a easy way to find but you should ALWAYS STOP, THINK before buying a premium keyword which is availible!

I think you should argue (well, pursuade) them to refund you. You can say that they are misleading you and that you will contact your lawer if needs be.

I am not much of a law person (hell - I can't tell murder from pizza) but I do know that [at any point] telling someone a lie purposely is illegal, and even if the rep was mislead himself, then the managment have failed to point it out to the reps.

This is fraud on the part of regfly, but obviouslly be careful the next time you reg domains. I only usually go for the common TLDs (.com, .net, .biz, .info etc...)

I've been saying it for over a year now, RF support knows less about Domains then the average Domainer, they are dumb-butts to put it politely.

You deserved a refund, happy it worked out as such

There are hundreds of thousands of ISPs around the world. Ask them to install the plugin in needed to run New.net extensions.
