Hi there,
I registered Dowjones.tv some months ago.
Do you think there are any TM issues?
And if so, how can I avoid getting into any trouble?
I like to develop it, but don't know how to do that without getting TM issues.

For one thing, you could get unwanted attention by posting the name here.

For another, there are "registered marks" for dow jones in USPTO, although it
looks like it's not yet concluded. I could be wrong, though.

How to develop it? The real question is what's your intent.

My intent is to make a website with dowjones history, statistics and real-time stock quotes. I have contacted some companies who supply this real-time information. There is really no intent of selling it or diverting traffic or something like that. I also own Funds.tv and this also will be a website about stock markets. Dowjones.tv will be similar. As you can see it is still not finished, but slowly I am getting there.
Do you think there is no problem if I do it like that?
