I was recently contacted by a Telecom Company of Sweden.
They would like to buy dotNames.com.
They tried in February but as they were just offering 1000$ i rejected their offer.
Now they are enquiring how much i would like to let this babe going but i should say that i have no idea....
Above all i didn't have the feeling to sell this one.
So give me your feedback and let me know what kind of reasonnable offer i can expect....
5000?
10000?
25000?

Thanks to all....

Wow....well, TBH, I would say $5,000

I mean, $1000 aint a bad offer, but I think that would put u in the ball park of a decent "haggling" position. It's unlikely this company would just "pay whatever you ask". Clearly, if they are to offer you $1000, then they know you will want a decent amount.

I would say $5,000 with a view to accepting no less than $2500

Since you dont intend to let go in the first place, then nothing less than $5000.

And this is the 2nd time they enquiring, they are definitely interested unless someone has a good marketing skill to persuade them into buying other names.

Are they telling you why they want the domain name, for what purpose? Which Telecom company is it, and are the E-mail's coming directly from their site's address? Do they have big plans for the domain name, a new offering or expansion. If it was mine, I would accept the current Offer, though both what you are willing to sell it for, as well as potentially some aswers to above may help you to come to a reasonable "range" for ongoing negotiations, IMHO. Sell at your comfort level, in the end.
Best of Luck.

Thanks to all of you for your friendly answers....
I was lately ill and out of the business.
I only checked today the board and saw your messages....
As i said, i have not the feeling to sell this babe.
I stated it in my answer to them, i said that we already rejected a 8000$ offer from a well-know Canada Registrar.
The ball is on their side, as said i don't want to sell this one....
Just wait and see.
I will providing feedback on this sale if something happens.
One more time, thanks for all your answers.
