At DotComBuilder you pay for a 3 month membership 79$.
With this you get access to all turnkey websites and templates they offer.
But there are some turnkey sites (3 I think), that require more backend software for which you have to pay extra.

Do you mean I no need to renew membership every 3 months, unless I want to get access to all turnkey?

No its terrible turnkey seller, try prozilla their scripts auctually work. DCB you have to use this stupid auto installer and most of their scripts don't work but the layouts are prettier than prozilla.
