Ok so heres the deal. I have a dotcombuilder account and since I need money for a project Im going to use it to my advantage. For anyone who does not know what dotcombuilder is I will tell you. The site allows you to create turnkey websites with a few clicks on a cpanel hosting account. They offer everything from photo rating scripts to photo storage sites.

From now until tommorow night I will install any site on your cpanel server ( you supply domain) for the low price of 15 bucks (NP$ and Cash) All I will need from you is the 15 bucks ...lol and in somecases a MySql database /User ID/ Password and thats it .

Well Could you please point me to their TOS . I dont see that anywhere. I have all kinds of domains so thats not a problem. But I cant seem to find what you are saying anywhere on there site.
