The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
GoDaddyGoDaddy
A lot of businesses seem to use it, but only a few as an acronym.

And the CIRA seems to have screwed up again, and lots of domains that I was watching, like 154.CA, were not processed this week and were moved to the 29th.

Gee thanks for wasting hours of my life guys - I guess too much porn is bad for the brain.

We were all wrong, it was FNW.CA.

We were close with Adblocker and Plasma as runner ups.

I could be wrong but I have a feeling the #1 pick (FNW) might be a case where a new domainer is trying to acquire all the LLLs they can.... thinking the .COM rules apply in the .CA market (as you previously mentioned). If so, it'll be a hard pill to swallow when they learn there's about 300 other LLLs they could buy as handregs.

To Be Released (TBR) .CA Results & Leftovers for January 22, 2020

The TBR list remained at well over 8,000 expired domains for the fourth week in a row, and this week there were a few domains that reached premium status and really helped drive many of the higher-end selections. Some of the notable Top 10 picks included...

Click for the TBR Chart but Stay for the Leftovers

Or (I hope) it could be an existing company looking to finally get their acronym.

Remember, this (and PPW.CA) have been off the market since at least 2000, so there may be some pent-up demand for this letter combo. Dangerous for a domainer to get into a bidding war at this 1-5 pick level, but companies (through reps) often do jump in.

Looking for honest opinions from .ca domains experts... What do you guys think of this domain? Do you see any value in it? Not really familiar with ccTLD domains yet!

Not less than 90,500 exact monthly searches for the word moba!

Statistics from 2014-2015
League of Legends and Dota 2 are two of the most played games in the world with respectively 27 millions (total of 67) and 2.4 millions (total of 43) daily users.

Imagine in 2020...

I like the name as a brand or an acronym: (Manitoba Orthodontists Business Association) - The last 2 letters are very strong.
It passes the radio test.
Short and easy to remember - it's a nice 4l.
I don't know much about the video game association. If anybody is cheaper than domainers it's video game players.

Thank you to those who took the time to respond to my request for advice. I probably should have taken it.:xf.frown:
The buyer is in the wind without making an offer - the worst possible result.
I hadn't had that particular request to call on the first contact before and should have taken it more seriously.

Anyway, I appreciate everyone's input. Great NP'rs all!!(y)

Wow, the font on the CIRA site is extremely tight and very tricky sometimes and I really had to do a double-take on this one:

syrnpatico.ca

anyone in the DNA kit space?

Not in a commercial sense but I bought DNA kits for myself and most of my family members (as Christmas gifts), including for both of my grandmothers last xmas (i.e. while they are still alive). I then linked/connected all of our accounts to get even more precise results. I went with 23andme, which provides both ancestry reports and health reports (way better than Ancestry imo).

It's a huge (and growing) business so I would hang onto your DNAKit.ca, or at least not let it go for cheap. It might only be a matter of time before DNA testing becomes mandatory to save on health care cost. Just a theory, which might scare many, but it sort of makes sense if you live in a country where health care is free.
