That happened down the road from me near one of our Doctors offices here in Houston, Texas. Crazy town here. lol

Did you all actually read the story?
She had cause several accidents, blocking 290.
Then she took off her clothes and got on top of the truck.
So always, there is more to the story and it was not her being naked that closed down 290.
