I've heard of such a problem, but it is impossible to give up cell phones nowadays because the modern pace of life can't be imagined without cell phones. Perhaps we should observe measure while using cell phones in our everyday life?

I have also heard about this problem especially if we speak about children as their bodies haven't enough resistance o radiation for example.
