I know this is a IDN but I wanted to know what this is worth. The domain was registered today along with another .fr domain. DONNÉES in french means Data, so I was wondering what price this would go for and who to target.

French IDNs are not popular at all, in fact there is not one single website I know using and promoting an IDN, even with the non-IDN version as fallback. That's the problem, there is no market for IDN domains, at least not in .fr.
I also think the domain is rather broad. In French, 'données' usually refers to personal data or personal details. But I don't find it as good as the English equivalent 'data'.
