Domainsnaps.com Bad Service

[dataware]

I had some snaps at domainsnaps.com and when I went back to check on my account.... to use my snaps.... my snaps were gone.

I Emailed them several times and never got a reply back.

Anyone have a solution, has anyone else had this experience.

Actually their site seems to be completly down.
This for last several hours.
I am finding that completly unprofessionnal.
Had 2 snaps with them, never got anything and for sure won't renew with them.

At one point I noticed XXXX'X name there.... a very popular member of this board.

Weren't they a Snapnames reseller & connected to Namesniper.com?

Since Snapnames have pulled the plug on their resellers & have moved to an auction system I can't see much point in buying snaps there anymore - if indeed you still can.

I was lucky that my last credit there was nearly expired, so rather than renew it I found a name that was available to snap & was lucky enough to get it.

They never bothered replying to emails before Snapnames stopped reselling, so I guess that hasn't changed much.

It's a bit naughty to still be offering the service

Let us know how you get on.

It takes time....
But we will evetually catch up with them
