I'm not a senior domainer, nor porfessional. I'm an amateur part-time domainer and I'm still trying to learn.
I also use Estibot to get a "general idea" of the possible prices ranges. But remember that Estibot will not buy your domains...
If you follow the links of the "Frequency" at the appraisal page of Estibot, you will find that most of the pages with "Fabolous" are about the "American hip hop recording artist from Brooklyn". This means Estibot's algorithm used the frequency and searches that are related with an existing and specific artist, to make it's appraisal. These are not "neutral" searches for the word "fabolous" because people are not looking for it (it has a typo). They are searching for that specific artist.
So, the way I see it you have four options:
1 - Ask for a grace delete of the name and get your money back.
2 - Try to sell it to any end user (I doubt that any reseller will want it). You might get lucky and get a mid to high $xx. But that end user will be facing these same options, so it might be hard to find one...
3 - Develop it and risk incurring in a probable trademark violation.
4 - Try to sell it directly to "American hip hop recording artist from Brooklyn". Who knows?
If I where you I would go for number 1.
Best of luck!
