Realtor is not a trademark. The term "Realtor" is another word for a real estate agent. Basically, someone you would hire to sell your house is a real estate agent..or as we like to call them in America, a Realtor or Realtors.

@Iowadawg - A name like AutismBoard would be easy to develop and flip. A name like FloridaPartyRentals shows a decent number of potential end users in the search engines and would probably flip for 100-200 pretty easily. A nice ROI from what it would cost to register..

Sorry to insist, but realtor is TM and they enforce their trademark Unless you are affiliated with NAR you cannot use the term.
Many people believe it has become a generic word like Xerox (TM too), that isn't the case.

NPers have already been contacted by NAR, look up the relevant threads on NP.
