Domains available 'free', for development

i have domains available that are not doing too much,
and unless they are somewhat developed, i may let them go.
if anyone is interested in trying to develop something (even a 1 hour project)
on any of these domains, please PM. my interest is getting my capital back
on these unused domains. if you think you can make a profit by developing something, and then reselling your site/domain. that would be perfect. note: many of these domains have a bit of type-in traffic.

Re: the domains ... most of the domains that I am referring to here are 'junk' typo domains that get some traffic, but not enough to pay for the domain
(parked with sedo.com etc.) over the year. i believe these domains COULD be resold for $xx if they had some simple content added, and indexed.

because of TM considerations, I cannot post the domains here.
But an example would be: wwwsegamobile.com
It cannot be developed as a standalone site, but could be resold if it brought
in more visitors, and possibility of higher (advertising) earnings. In any case, for these type of domains I've found a nameproer
willing to try (he is able to automate content upload).

I have other domains, possibly that could be developed as standalone sites.
Two examples would be:
businesspartnerships.org (good keyword domain)
and collegehumour.ca (5 visitors/day).

If anyone has any great ideas for the later .. please PM me.
I might let you try, and split profits on resale or advertising earnings above domain capital.
