domain DomainRealEstate(.)biz - Please appraise

Hello.

Based on its name, 'DomainRealEstate(.)biz' and given where the domaining industry (including rate of domainers entering market) is headed, what is a ballpark appraisal?

Also, if you have any development or other marketing ideas, feel free to add it, too.

I'm trying to decide whether to keep it or sell it.

'DomainRealEstate(.)biz' was first registered in 7/2005. It's being redirected and no significant promotion effort is being done on my part. It is listed in search engines, though. Someone about 2 years ago wanted to buy it but I was not interested in selling it until I had a better feel for where the domaining and .biz markets were going.
