What if your domain name was parked at DomainNameSales.com

If a enduser contact you through DomainNameSales.com,and you sell the domain name. Do you pay DNS a percentage? What if a enduser contact you from the DN Whois,and you sell the DN. Do you pay DNS a percentage if your domain name is parked with them?
