@DomainEasy When creating a Custom Checkout Link, does the domain need to already be in the portfolio, or is that not a requirement?

Hello. You will need to add the domain to your DomainEasy account in order to set up the custom links, but the domain does not have to be pointed to our nameservers.

@DomainEasy The settings in Settings > Sales Page > Appearance are not being remembered. For example, choosing the Minimal layout, Green color, and Dark theme, then clicking Save, these settings get lost after a new bulk CSV upload. As a result, I have to manually reapply these Appearance settings for newly added domains every time, using Search and bulk edit, which is time-consuming. The saved default settings should be remembered no matter what, and should serve as the basis for CSV uploads for any field that is not explicitly overridden in the CSV. For example, if only Theme and Color are populated in the CSV, the upload should still apply the global defaults for any other field, such as the Dark theme. And in case none of these fields are defined in the CSV, all default global Appearance values should be followed. Obviously, a CSV upload should never cause the global site settings themselves to be forgotten or reset.

Hello. I'll have our dev team take a look at this, but if you are using your up-to-date upload file, then the settings will persist.
