@DomainEasy When creating a Custom Checkout Link, does the domain need to already be in the portfolio, or is that not a requirement?

Hello. You will need to add the domain to your DomainEasy account in order to set up the custom links, but the domain does not have to be pointed to our nameservers.

@DomainEasy The settings in Settings > Sales Page > Appearance are not being remembered. For example, choosing the Minimal layout, Green color, and Dark theme, then clicking Save, these settings get lost after a new bulk CSV upload. As a result, I have to manually reapply these Appearance settings for newly added domains every time, using Search and bulk edit, which is time-consuming. The saved default settings should be remembered no matter what, and should serve as the basis for CSV uploads for any field that is not explicitly overridden in the CSV. For example, if only Theme and Color are populated in the CSV, the upload should still apply the global defaults for any other field, such as the Dark theme. And in case none of these fields are defined in the CSV, all default global Appearance values should be followed. Obviously, a CSV upload should never cause the global site settings themselves to be forgotten or reset.

Hello. I'll have our dev team take a look at this, but if you are using your up-to-date upload file, then the settings will persist.

Hello. Currently, we can facilitate bulk domain sales in a single transaction, but only if the domains have the same owner/seller. The ability to purchase multiple domains from separate sellers in a single bulk order is on our long term roadmap.

No, it's not a secret procedure, but it's also deal specific depending on the terms and price point of the transaction.

If you just want to list a batch of domains for sale then you can do so by listing them under your most premium domain in the set, then add the rest to the terms of the agreement on your landing page in the description section. This usually works best with like domains, for example, if you want to sell domain123.com, domain123.app and domain123.ai as a set.

If you have already negotiated a bulk deal with a buyer and don't need to list it then the better option is to set up a custom payment link through your account or, if needed, we can set one up for you directly. Again, it will depend on the type of deal and the price point, LTO or BIN etc.

To set up a custom payment link for a standard bulk domain sale (as described in your second post), just login to your sellers dashboard and click on one of the domains in the set. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Create" button in the Custom Payment Link section. Set up the terms of the sale, create the link, copy and share it with the buyer. Let the buyer and DomainEasy know what domains are included in the sale.

I'm going to ask our developers to add an optional text box option to the custom payment link details so that when a seller sets it up, they can add additional notes and information regarding the sale as well.

@DomainEasy Thanks. Right now I'm only interested in solutions that require no manual involvement from Support. Just a standardized way to create a custom checkout link containing multiple domains, which I can then share with a buyer. If your team can build this, it would be very welcome. DaaZ already offers this feature, Spaceship is working on it, and other platforms have it on their roadmap. That's why I'm raising it here. My goal is simply to help strengthen your offering, and I'd happily use DomainEasy for these transactions in the future.
