I just came across this domain (domaindiagnostic.com) and was thinking about whether this could be a nice niche domain.

End user sale looks bleak. It's a descriptive name.
So, you could develop it into a website that analyzes a domain name.
Perhaps something like Estibot or Valuate or DomainTools.
But selling it would be extremely tricky.
So, reg fee when it comes to selling this.

I think diagnostic is not the most suitable keyword here, preferred keywords would usually be check or test. Maybe audit.
I can see a purpose for this domain, for example for a website to test domain setup (name servers) or history, SEO etc.
It's not that bad but probably not the first choice.
