Is there any value in selling domains with the - symbol and selling domains with foreign tld's like .co.br

I know someone who has good ones but I am doubting the purchase.

there are always a few hyphen sales in dnjournal and if you owned realestate in brazillian you would be over $300,000 richer going by the recent .co.br sale
