domain Domain / Website, third on google for *forum ps3* keywords...

Hi,
I'm interested in some appraisal for my domain:

www.ps3-forums.org

I know that the domain itself is not worth so much, but see its rankings (one year of activity):

it's third an fifth for those keywords.

What do you think? I would like to sell it for some XXX $ ...
