Domain Transfer Help Need

I have 2 domain at PolarNames.com and i need to transfer them in to Whiz.in
but when i initiate the transfer it gives a error and terminate the transfer

The domain ***.in is registered by Directi Internet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com as a Registrar. Can't execute a Transfer request for this Domain.

can ay body help me to solve this, i emaied for support but never got a reply

Don't assume transfers are straight forward in ccTLDs.

My advice would be to ask WOT. If anyone knows he will.

transfer screens for both gaining and record registrars look identicle.

are they both resellers of resellerclub? in that case, you may want to try push instead of transferring.
