I am selling because I have had little interest in developing the site and this is reflected in the low start price. Also the free hosting expires this month and the hosting will be $8.99 although you could move it to another server.
It also comes with a parking module at gr8parking.com
The parking pages are from findwhat.com It has a comprehensive admin area.
