1) There is no cost to upgrade from older versions. Your purchase will include unlimited future updates.
2) We are currently offering Open Source licenses for $299 (the usual price of closed source). If you purchase our Open Source code you will be able to edit all of the elements of the script including layouts etc.
If you purchase closed source code, you will not be able to edit any script or templates.
3) We currently do not have any example of parked domains with google parking. However, I will ask one of our current clients (using google adsense for domains) to put up a test domain for you to see.

Also do you get a certain % of $ when a domains sold? (sorry it was stated somewere already)

1) We do not offer the parking module on it's own as it is integrated into the system. Also, I am trying to get the google parking page up for you to see.
2) The ads shown on the parking page will be from your XML account then the users who are parking the domains receive a % of comission specified by you (default is 40%, but you can change this from admin).

We currently support the following PPC engines:

- Google adsense for domains

Just created a test account, and found the following issue

If you ad a domain for parking it will ot show up in the "Manage Parked Domains" tab.

Other questions:
Is there a admin backend demo ?

Is it possible to disable the "escrow" function ?
I mean just let the buyer/seller organize themselves.

Will users be mailed automaticaly if a offer is made ?

Is the Google adsense system alligned with Google TOS
I mean did you check this with Google ?
DO you have a confirmation from them.
I ask this, as there were several scripts out there that did the same, but
resulted against Google TOS, unless you are officialy accepted in their Adsense for Domain parking program. - Are you ?
(Ask "kenni" at NP he had this issue with one of his scripts)
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT !

Is the ayPal gateway 100% integrated (automatically) ?

What security system is used ?
I mean not the anti fraud parking page system.
The question is more related to user securety.

Are there any FAQ/Help pages integrated ?
I saw only a email help contact.

Do you offer a money back guarantee if not satisfied ?

Hi,
Before parking a domain you must remember that you currently have to change the nameservers to the ones shown in the system (ns1.zaggs.com & ns2.zaggs.com).

If you fail to do this then domains will not be added to the system.

I will PM you the admin demo details.

It is possible to disable the escrow system, but I would advise you against this. The escrow feature was requested by many of our customers and it gives extra security to the system.

Automatic email alerts are integrated throughout the site and users will be notified when an offer has been placed on their domain.

The google adsense for domains parking is for users who have over 750,000 page views per month. Our system is totally agreeable with their TOS. Please note however, that if you are a standard adsense customer then this is not agreeable with their TOS and you will not be permitted to ad adsense ads on parking pages. So just to get this clear, you must be a google adsense for domain customer to use the google feed. You will not be able to use your standard adsense account.

The paypal system is 100% integrated and automated.

Encrypted sessions are used throughout the site to ensure user security.

There are currently no help pages integrated, but we do have support forums now available on our website: http://www.smartscript.net/forums. They are private forums, so you will need to become a member before you can read all posts/threads.

Hi JA,
Yes it is possible to use the script on a shared hosting account, as long as the hosting company is willing to change the document root of your parking domain (the domain which cPanel uses to park each domain). Most hosts will do this for you. We are currently offering 1 years hosting with our open source software.

Regarding the language files, we are planning on having french,spanish and german added by January 2006.
