Domain Sponsor Rejection...

Just got a rejection email today, same day I applied:

Thank you for your recent application to DomainSponsor.com. We regret to inform you that your application was not accepted at this time.

If you are still interested in a DomainSponsor.com account, please feel free to contact us directly and speak with one of our representatives who will be able to qualify your eligibility for an account.

Why the rejection? My domains have a bad smell? Boohoo!

Check with NP member: Domainut he hooked me up with DS, as I had never used them. I was approved fast!

I thank you for your suggestion, but I'm not calling or emailing anyone. It's never been my style to be somewhere where I am not welcome and this situation is not different. I have many parking options open to me, and I don't see why I should go out of my way to get accepted @ Domain Sponsor. These people want me to run around like some deperate, pimp-faced teen looking for acceptance? Please! I have a good collection of domains so it's their loss. I'll partner with Domain Hop and others.

I probably should have picked a collection of higher traffic domains to submit to them but to be perfectly honest I really don't see why I should waste any more of my time with this. I'll contact them again if for some reason Domain Hop doesn't work out.

I've been with DH with a while and I certainly like them as well, and have still made more at DH than DS, so you've got all kinds of good options available to you!

well its only been one day so yeah

I haven't been with Domain Hop long but I can tell you--from what I can tell--that the only way you can make the good money with them is by parking domains that have decent to good traffic and are in the right category--by right category I mean categories that not only pay well but also present visitors with links that they'll want to click.

AMCY I agree with you that is a joke I have appraised like many others a bunch of your domains you have good names.

Allan have you noticed Dh inventory down? Kanoodle needs more advertisers and sometimes names I have there DNS set right but they are not resolving moved to SEDO one name works right away. I like DH I think they pay better than most but lately down and I noticed Prices drop I have a good Forex name used to get like $1.75 to $2 a click got .55

Sorry you weren't approved at DS and that you don't feel the need to pursue membership approval any further. I too was initially rejected by DS over a year ago when I first applied, and i suspect the reason for that was that I submitted ccTLD domains as samples. That was my mistake as DS apparently wanted US traffic domains.

Anyway like you said there are othe parking programs out there like DH, Sedo, Fabulous and others.
Besides you can still use DS through Afternic, as they give you a choice of which parking program you want to utilize on your domains, a choice of either Fab, DS or their inhouse parking.
Afternic is a good place to test DS and Fabulous and compare the results without having to join either parking program. Having compared the performance of some of my domains which I pulled from DS and placed them on afternic with the DS parking program for testing, I noticed a slight decrease in revenue, around 10-15%. I would assume this was due to the pop unders that I normally enable when I park with DS and are off when using Afternic.

In the past I hated the Afternic parking system but lately, it seems to have improved a lot and I find it to be the best place to compare results on new domains between Fab and DS before fully shifting to either.

(ie images, jpg, gif, scripts etc) and when they see that after a month or two, they will shut you down without any reason and will keep your earnings. Unprofessional support staffs (not responding to e-mails). Better try either Sedo, DS, Fab but keep away from DH.

I was tempted by their CPM of which DH is also offering. I have a few names that has >100 uniques/day but little clicks on sedo. Planning to shift them to DS but i cannot do so now. I have got accepted by Fabulous though.

I wonder if i should stick with DH or FAB? i won't get any CPM from DH because my names are .com.tw
