Hello,
I want to sell one of my top sites with domain, traffic and the sites content.

The site gets over 64,000 unique a month, and over 500,000 page views. This is a big site and can generate alot of money though adds and ppc.
We currently make around $350 in adds but we have not put time and effort into making money from the site.
Reason to sell - There are the 2 main owners and we have both got new online projects and have no time for this site.
The site is a webmasters site and brings in traffic from alot of great other tutorials site and has just spread by word of mouth.

People who have there adds on the site will be refunded there money or we will agree with the new owner he has to keep your ads on the site.
